WHEREAS, FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION, mortgagor, by Indeature of Mortgage
bearing date the 30th day of May, A,D. 1972, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Records
Book 203, Page 1332, nwrCgaged unto FIRST WISCONSIld NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUI~E and as-
signa, mortgagee, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of
the sum of 1~ro Million Two Nundred Thousend Dollara ($2~2Q~;~00.00) vith interest as

WHEREAS, FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, mortgagor, by Indenture of Hortgage
bearing date the 23rd day of May, A.D. 1973, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Flarida, in Official Records
Book 215, Pages 1307-1314 inclusive, mortgaged unto FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL B~ANK and
assigns, mortgagee, the premiaes therein particularly described, to secure the payment
of the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($180,200.00) with inter-
est ae therein mentioned:

being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgages:

in consideration of the premises set forth herein and of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration to it paid by the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION
CORPORATION at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
2edged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and op-
eration of said mortgage uuto the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION its heirs
aad assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises con-
veyed by said mortgages, to-wit:

CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged
