September 28, 1973; failed and refused to surrender title to the ~

1968 Dodge Coronet automobile; and has failed and refused to pay j

Attorney's fees for the Petitioner's Attorney in the amount of i
$200.00, together with costs assessed at $32.00, contrary to the j
Order of this Court, and the Court b~ing fully advised in the prem+

ises, it is thereupon I
