ORDER
This cause having been presented to the Court on the Petition of
JACQUELINE L. RUSSAKIS, Individually, and as Administratrix of the
Estate of Ernest Anast Russakis, Deceased, and as Mother and next
friend of Joseph Ernest Russakis and Mary Elizabeth Russakis, minors,
for approval of the settlement against DEATRICK SYSTL•'MS CORP. , a
Florida corporation; ROYAL CASTLE SYSTEM, INC., a Florida corporation;
and CARLTON FRITZ SI~LL, for injuries to and death of Ernest Anast
Russakis, Deceased, and the Court having considered the petition and
having heard testimony of the parties, and it appearing to the Court
E that the settlement is in the best interest of the plaintiffs, and the

~ Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, therefore,

! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that JACQ~LINE L. RUSSAKIS, Individually,

f and as Administratrix of the Estate of Ernest Anast Russakis, Deceased,
E and as Mother and next friend of Joseph Ernest Russakis and Mary

Elizabeth Russakis, minors, shall be authorized to:
; (a) Execute and deliver to said parties a full and final general
release of all claims as set out in the Petition;

s (b) To pay her attorneys the sum of Ten•Thousand Dollars

($10,000.00), plus costs advanced, for their services;
