7/16 to the Guardianship of Mary Elizabeth Russakis
(d) ~o file a voluntary dismissal of the law suit as to the
minor, Roger Eugene Smith.
(e) It is further ordered and adjudged that this cause be
and the same is hereby dismissed with prejudice as to the defendants,
DEATRICK SYSTEMS CORP., a Florida corporation; ROYAL CASTLE SYSTEM,
INC., a Florida corporation; and CARLTON FRITZ SHELL.
