This action was tried before the Court. On the
evidence presented, it appears that plaintiff is the owner and
holder of the Florida Retail Instalment Contract entered into by~
defendant and plaintiff's assignor on July 2, 1970 and received
in evidence as Exhibit 1. It further appears that defendant
defaulted in the payments due under said contract, that the auto-
mobiZe which was the collateral under the contract was repossessed
{ and sold by plaintiff. It further appears that defendant was given
i
~ notice of said sale, that after said sale a deficiency balance
~ in plaintiff`s favor arose and that plaintiff has.herein fully
~ complied with the provisions of Section 679.9-504 of the Florida '
~ es and 11 other a licable law.

IT IS THEREUPON ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, rORD MOTOR
CREDIT COMPANY, recover from Defendant, ROBERT V. SULLIVAN, the sum
of $2,350.93 with its costs in the sum of $38.S0, for all of which
