Pierce Inlet Property as described in Deed Book 88, Page 270;
thence run S. 83°OS'06" W. along the South line of the Inlet
Property 66.28 feet to a point that is at the Southeast corner.
of the Binney Wall; thence run ri. 28°34'39" t~l, along the
Easterly edge of the Binney Wall 24.8 feet to the *~ortheasterly
corner of the Binney Wa21; thence run S. 37°21'22" W, along
the Northerly line of the Binney Wall 220.37 feet to the
Westerly line of the aforesaid Lot 7, Block 16; thence run
S. 28°03'39" E. 211.7 feet to the Southwest corner of said
Lot 7; thence run in a Northeasterly direction along the arc
of a-simple curve (having a radius of 1694.06 Eeet and a long
chord bearing of N. 65°14'O1" E.) a distance of ?.18 f.eet to
the Point of Beginning.
