PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS: ~
WHEFEAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assiqnment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-w~t: ~
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of•America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Tr~,st, securing
E5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records af St. Luc~e County, Florida,
. encumbering certain lands in St. lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of gi,li2,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Poik County, Florida, which
Modifi cati on of i~fortgage Deed aras recorded i n Offi ci al Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage htodifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie Coun~y, Florida; and .
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the iien and operation of said
mortgage; -
NOW, TNEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of

i2,245.Q0 , the receipt alhereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularay described as follavs:
