For value received, I, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order of

HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, at their offi~e in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of S

balance becomes due and payable on demand.

ing payment date.
! + Each installment first shall be applied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpaid balancP
of the principal sum. If default is made in the payment of any instailment when due, then at !he option of
; the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining insta!lments shall be due and payable at once.
Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shall nof extend
~ ! the time of maturiry of any subsequent installment. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by ihe holder
' hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shait be deemed extension.~ -
Each maker, surery and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
' and notice of protest for non-payment, and furthar agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before
or after maturity, wishout notice to any of us; and to pay alf costs of collection, including a reasonable attor-
~ey's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and
ezemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
