This cause coming to be heard on the Motion of I~RY COOPER
LII~IDSEY and WILLIAM F. WILLES of Willes, Bittan & Willes to
. Quash the Bench Warrant for GERALD D. COOPER, previously entered
herein on June 30, 1971, and it appearing to the Court from the
Motion that GERALD D. COOPER has paid the law firm of Willes,
Bittan & Willes the sum of $445.00, and that the Plaintiff, MARY
COOPER LINDSEY, for compelling family reasons is desirous of
GERALD D. COOPER being released fr~m confinement without a
hearing on the past due support, and the Court being advised
in the premises,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED as follows:
