TEMPORARY RELIEF ORDER
~his cause coming before the Court on a Petition for Temporary Relie
and the Court having heard testimony of the petitioner and being fully advised
therein, thereupon; it is hereby
CONSIDERED, ORDERED and AATUDGED as folloks:
1. That GIA:tIA JEAN ENGLISH, the petitioner, be and she is hereby
aWarded exclusive custody and posses~ion of the home located at 2701 Tropical
Blvd., Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and the husband, WILLIE JAMES
ENGLIS~-:, is ordered to quit and evict the premises to the possession of the _
petitioner gending further order of this Court.
2. That the parties, and each of them, are hereby restrained and
en3oined, each fro~ harassing or intimidating the other.
i 3. That GLORIA JEAN EPiGLISH is entitled to exclusive possession of

i one i967 Ford automobile and the husband, WILLIE JAt~S ENGLISH, is entitled to

' exclusive possession of the pick up truck of which he is presently in possession.

~ 4. That the husband, WILLIE JA2~S EttGLZSH, shall pay to CHARLES

~ the sum of $50.00.
5. That the husband, WILLIE JAr~S r'~'1~.1GLISH, shall p~y to GLORIP. JEAN
~ IIdGLISH, not less than five (5) d~ys prior to the due date for the November pay

~ ment to Stockton, Whatley a.nd Davin Company, the said payment to be made in th
~
~ amount of the mortgage payment represented as $80.80 by means of a money order
~
~ .
for the said sum payable to the nortgagee, Stockton, Whatley and Davin Company,
~
and delivered to GLORIA JEAN ENGLISH on or before November lst, 1973 and on the
- same d~y of each month after date pending the outcome of this cause.

R 6. That a copy of this Order shall be ser•red upon ~aILLIE JAMES
