This cause coming on to be heard on the Petition of Plain-
tiff for removal of tenant and both parties being present in
Court and being fully heard and Court being fully advised.
It is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Petition for Removal of Tenant be and is
hereby granted. That possession of the premises known as 1712
South 3lst Street is solely granted to Plaintiff and Defendant is -
hereby directed to vacate said nremises on or before 10 days from
date of this Order, to-wit: on or before October 20, 1973.
; 2. That upon failure of Defendant to vacate on or before

said date, the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby
