~ PARTIAI. RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNO!~ ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WNEREAS, FIRST NATIOyAI CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws ot the Unite~ States of America, is
now the awner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured therzby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Flassachusetts Business Trust, securing
~5,100,00~J.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Fage
- 2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Flor:da therein
nmre particularly described; as amended by Modification of
~tortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amendin~ the sum secur~ed
by an additional principal indebtedness of S1,112,392.00 and
also encurnbering othar lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Paqe 867, et seq., Public Reco?•ds of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Off~cial Record Book 216, Page 2b5, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged pr~mises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage; -
NOW, TH~REFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises an~ tne sum of Twenty-Eight Thousand Forty-Five and
