SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 3,
page 11, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;

Mortgagor shall be entitled to a partial release as to any par-
cel agreed upon by mortqagor and mortgagee when the principal
balance of the mortgage is reduced ta $39,000.00. A11 costs
of preparation of partial releases and any survey required
shall be at the expense of mortgagor.
