motion of the petitioner's attorney for a temporary order con-
cerning cuatocly, 8upport and use of real praperty jointly vwned
by the parties and each of the partiea being present and rep~e--~~~
eented by counsel, and the Court_having taken teetimony and
heard argumenta of counsel for the respective partiea and being
fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND AD?7tJD(38D as follvws:
1. Z'hat the Respondent, ROYCE W. LIPPARD, shall pay to
the petitioner, I~NDRA L. LIPPARD, the sum of $100.00 per week
child support beginning October 12, 1973.

by awarded jointly to the Petitioner and Respondent pending
