AGREEMENT FOR DEED .

CAD W. BROWN and LOUISE B. BROWN, his wife, Sellers, hereby

agree to deed to WALTER MINATEE and MISSOURI V. MINATEE, his wife,

Buyers, the following described real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
The East 100 feet of the West 597.88 feet of
the South 1/2 of Lot 97, of GARDEN CITY FARMS,
- as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2, at
Page 5, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
FZorida.
1. Provided, however, that the Minatee's, who are in possession
of the above-described land, do the following:
1. Claim their homestead exemption on the above-described
property. ~
2. Pay and keep current by the payments hereinafter called
for the mortgage w3th Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association,
being their Loan No. 576. ,
.3. Pay to the Sellers the indebtedness owed the Buyers to
the Sellers $4,167.58, at 10$ interest thereon from date.~
The manner of paying for this property by the buyers shall be
that ~he Buyers shall pay to the Sellers $50.00 per week commencing
Monday, October 8, 1973, and on Monday of each week thereafter. The.
Sellers shall first apply the mone}~ paid to them to_the Citizens Federal
mortgage, which contains an escrow for taxes and insurance. After
paying said mortgage, along with escrow, the Sellers shall apply the
balance of the payments to the indebtedness existing between the Buyers

! and Sellers, which payments sha11 be credited first to interest, and
a

; then to principal.
