2. That a Notice of the Adoption of this Resolution shall be
published in The News Tribune at Fort Pierce, Florida, one time
within 30 days of the date of this Resolut ion.
3. That the Proof of Publication of the Notice of the public
hearing, a certified copy of Resolution No. 73-1; a certified copy
of this resolution and the Proof of Publication of the Notice of
Adoption of this resolution be recorded in the deed records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

The undersigned, Clerk of the Board of County Commissisoners
of the County and State aforesaid, does hereby certify that the
above and foregoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution
adopted by the said Board of County Commissioners at a meeting
