ANDREW PYE who departed this life on July 25, 1973.

that ce ain warranty deed of conveyance executed by General
Development Corporation under date of December 15, 1961, recorded
in O.R. Book 26, page 607 of the public records of St. Lucie
Cou;~ty, Florida, wherein the above described real property was ~

conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance,
