ises hereinafter described, being part of said mo~tgaged pren,ises, from the lien and operation of said Mort-
gage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVIWGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good ar.d valuable con-
sideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said Atlantic Condominiums Incorporated,

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, dces remise, ~elase, quit-
