CHARLES R. P. BROWN, who upon beinq first duly sworn did depose and

That he is a practicinq attorney in St. Lucie County and has been
for approximately 27 years; That he is familiar with the title to
the following described property located in St. Lucie County, Florida,

as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, -
Page 5, public records of St. Luc ie County,
Florida.
That he knows of his own knowledge fronf? personal acquaintanceship
with EDITH MAE DILLMAN SHANK and MAJOR H. DILLMAN, JR. that the
, EDITH MAE DILLMAN SHANK and MAJOR H. DILLMAN, JR. recited in that
certain Order Determininq Heirs entered September~l0, 1973 in the
Estate of M.H. Dillman, deceased, Circuit Court Case No. 73-268 CP,
are one and the same persons as EDITH MAE SHANK, a widow, named as
one of the grantors and MAJOR H. DILLMAN, JR., named as one of the
grantees in that certain warranty deed recorded in O.R. Book 194, page
622, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, are one and the same
persons as EDITH MAE DILLMAN SHANK and MAJOR H. DILLMAN respectively,
as named in the said Order Determining Heirs dated September 10, 1973.
