THIS.CAUSE coming on to be heard before me for
~ final hearing and the Court having heard testimony of the
Wife and her witness and argument of counsel and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court
finds as follows: ~
1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties hereto
and the subjec~ matter hereof.
2. That tne marriage of the parties is irretrievably
broken.

3. That the parties have freely and voluntarily _
; entered into a property settlement agreement, which agree- ;
