PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

. THIS ~AGREEMENT, made and entered into this
day of 1972, by and between I~JCILLE H. DILI.MAN, ~
hereinafter designated as "Wife", and MAJOR H. DILLMAN;=: _

hereinafter designated as "Husband". : - ~

WITNESSETH: ~ m
WHEREAS, as a result of certain unhappy differences
which ha.ve arisen between them, the parties hereto have se-
parated and are now living separte and apart; and
WHEREAS, there is one minor child of this marriage;
namely MARIANN DILId~1AN - age eighteen (18).
, WHEREAS, the parties have now agreed between them-
_ selves as to the settlement of all property rights and all
other financial matters, and as to custody of the said mi.nor
child, MARIANN DILLMAN.
' NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual

; covenants set out herein, each to the other running, and of

~ good and valuable considerations, each to the other passing,
~
~ the parties mutually agree'as follows: ~

~ 1. Neither of the parties, the said Husband nor
~
~ the said Wife, shall molest the other, or in any way inter-
~ fere with their happiness or enjoyinent of life.
~ 2 The arties hereto a ree that hereafter neither

~ party sha11 incur any obligations for which the other party
shall be ob ligated, except those items specifically contained i
herein.
3. The Husband and Wife shall live separate and

apart from each other as if the parties hereto were unmarried
