and each party hereto may reside at such place or pZaces
as each party shall deem proper.
4. The Wife does hereby rel.ease, discharge and
exonerate the Husband from any and a11 claims, demands,
debts and liabilities of each and every kind and character,
except as hereinafter provided, and particular2y and with-
out reservations or restrictions, the Wife renounces and

re~inquishes any and all right of dower to or any interest ~

in any dis~ributive share in the es~ate o£ the Husband.

~ 5. The Husband does hereby release, discharge and ~
exonerate the Wife from any and alI claims, demands, debts
and liabilities of every kind and character, and particularly
and without reservations or restrictions, the Husband renoun-
ces and relinquishes any and all right of curtesy or to a
distributive share in the estate -of the Wife.
6. The parties hereby agree to a iiivision of their

property as follows:
a. The Husband shall convey to the Wife all
of his right, title and interest in and to the following `
described property:
1. The marital domicile of the parties
located at 6521 Southwest 24th Street, Miramar,
Florida, and more particularly described as lying,

being and situated in Broward County, F lorida, to-
wit: ~

Lot Seventeen (17) of Block Nineteen
(19) of WELWYN PARK according to the
pl.at thereof recorded in Plat Book 35, ~
page 16 of the pub lic records of Broward

Together with all of the furniture, furnishings,
