or realty of whatever kind or nature, wherever situate,
which are now owned by the parties, or will be theirs as
a result of this Agreement, or which may hereafter be ac- -
quired by eitt~ party, the fu11 power to either party~to
dispose of same fully and effectfually in all respects and
for all purposes as if eithe r party were unmarried, sub3ect
to the conditions herein imposed.
9. The parties agree that there is one minor
dzild who is presently living alone and self-supporting. In
the event said child commences residence with the Wife, and
the Wife shall have the sole, custody and control of the
minor child and may, in the future, apply for support for said
child.
10. That both of the parties hereto have read this
agreement and had it expalined to them and thep are both in
full accord and have freely and voluntarily entered into

; legal counsel and it has been explained to her her rights >

~ as to alimony and property and her rights to demarr.id state-

£ ments from the husband as to his financial condition, and

~ t he extent and whereabouts of his assets. The Wife has ~

f ully and vo•luntari.ly waived these rights and represented
~ that she is in full accord wi.th the terms and conditions

~ 11. In the event the Husband shall default upon~

any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, then and
