for Trustee") and INSTITUTIONAL FINANCE CORPORATION, EAST

POINT, GEORGIA (hereinafter referred to as the "Custodian-
Transfer Agent");
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Church has heretofore issued two
i series of first mortgage bonds, same being a Series of March ~

~ 1, 1972 in the aggregate amount of $150,000.00 and a Series

~ of December l, 1972 in the aggregate amount of $200,000.00; -

WHEREAS, said series of first mortgage bonds are
secured by certain real property designated as parcels 1 and ;

~ WHEREAS, said conveyance of property as security ;

is governed by the terms and provisions of a deed of trust ~
dated July 5, 1972 and deed of trust supplemental thereto
