Said deed of trust is recorded in O. R. Book 204
Page 569 and said supplemental deed of trust is recorded in
O.R. Book 209, Page 2112, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida
The Church, its successors and assigns, shall hold
same forever freed, exonerated and discharged of and from
the lien of said deed of trust and supplement thereto and
every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless that nothing
herein contained shall in any way impair, alter or diminish
the effect, lien, or encumbrance of the aforesaid deed of
trust and supplement thereto on the remaining part of the
property and premises ~^•~rtgaged thereby not hereby released
therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the Trustee
thereunder. e

I The parties aqree that the Church shall sell the

~ property released hereby and that the net proceeds derived ~
3 therefrom shall be placed in escrow with the Custodian-

~ Transfer Agent. The Custodian-Transfer Agent shall hold

~ said proceeds and shall disburse same pursuant to the terms
~ ~
~
~ and provisions of the Custodian Agreements entered into by
~ and between it and the Church with respect to the first
~
~
~ mortgage bonds heretofore issued by the Church, sam~ being
~ known as a Series of March 1, 1972 and a Series of December

1, 1972; provided, however, that said proceeds shall be dis-
bursed in such manner as will insure that same shall be
