of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATI~N, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said AQ~ignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of -
the Circuit Court of St, Lucie Cou~ty, Florida.
2. That there ha~ been an Affidavit filed again~t certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, ~aid Affidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book,. 1-0~5---- page 355 , Pub21c
Records of St. Lucie County, Flori ad .
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby release, ~ati~fy and-forever discharge the ~aid Affidavit
now on record again~t the following property, since ~aid ~rrea rage
has now been paid:

in the name of : A. J. Center and wife
and now held in the name of: Andrew Kalemba
