Kearney, deceased, and ROBERT JAMES KEARNEY and ANNE MARGARET NEILSON, joined in by their ~ respective spouses, MARIANNE KEARNEY and ROBERT NEILSON, first parties, to VALENTIN P. FERNANDEZ and MARIE S. FERNANDEZ, whose post office address is: 276 Walnut, Nutley, New Jersey, second parties: (Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and "second party" shall include singular and plural heirs, legal representatives, and as- signs of individuals, and the successors and as- signs of corporations, wherever the context so ~ admits or requires.) This Quit Claim Deed is specifically given for the purpose of releasing the property described ' herein from any and all use restrictions and re- ~ versionary interests created in that certain Deed from John J. Kearney and Anne M. Rearney, his wife, to Charles B. McAdam and Marghuerieta !
