QUIT CLAIM DEED '
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, executed this ~~i day of
March, 1973, by FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERGE, as Execu-~
tor under the Will of John J. Kearney, deceased, and ROBERT
JAMES KEARNEY and ANNE MARGARET NEILSON, joined in by their ~
respective spouses, MARIANNE KEARNEY and ROBERT NEILSON, first
parties, to VALENTIN P. FERNANDEZ and MARIE S. FERNANDEZ,
whose post office address is: 276 Walnut, Nutley, New Jersey,
second parties:
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party"
and "second party" shall include singular and
plural heirs, legal representatives, and as-
signs of individuals, and the successors and as-
signs of corporations, wherever the context so
~ admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of $].0.00 in hand paid by the said
second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release and quit claim unto the said second
party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and de-
mand which the said first party has in and to the following
described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
Lot 3 as per instrument recorded in Deed Book
1$7, page 408-410 of WHITE CITY SUBDIVISTON, a
subdivision of the West 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 36 South,
Range 40.East, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
This Quit Claim Deed is specifically given for
the purpose of releasing the property described '
herein from any and all use restrictions and re- ~
versionary interests created in that certain
Deed from John J. Kearney and Anne M. Rearney,
his wife, to Charles B. McAdam and Marghuerieta
! McAdam, his wife, which deed was dated February
5, 1954, recorded May 7, 1955, in Deed Book 201, _
; page 151, public records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida.

~ TO HAVE AND TO HQLD the same together with all and
; singuZar the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-
; wise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the said f irst party,
either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit,
and behoof of the said second party forever.
