THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the ~ day of ~

SILVANO A. FERRARO and OLGA J. FERRARO, his wife, both residing

WITNESSETH: ~That the grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt

shown on subdivision plat.

(carporte) shall be erected on this lot. The dwelling sha11
have an inside livable floor area of at least 600 square feet
and the garage (carporte) at ~east 180 square feet and shall
be located at least 30 feet from street or back Iine, 25 feet
