RIDER TO FRUIT PURCHASE CONTRACT NO. A-21-3
This agreement made this 4th day of Jarniary, 1973, between
R: W. CARLTON, the Grower, and TROPICANA PRODUCTS, INC. of
Bradenton, Florida, the Buyer, that the Grower wishes ~e--zdd
to add to Contract A-21-3 all of the HAMLIN and PINEAPPLE
ORANGES in his grove known as the DSC GROVE located approxi-
mately six miles west of Ft. Pierce, Florida on Eleven Mile
Road just off State Road 70, being in St. Lucie County. , ~
