Box 7482,~St. Petersburg, Florida - 33734, hereinafter sometimes called "Landlord", and Gray Drug Stores, Inc. (an Ohio corporation), ( 666 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio - 44114, hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Tenant", I W I T N E S S E T H: L~ased 1. For and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and for the term and ::emises upon the provisions and conditions hereinafter contained and for other valuabl ' consideration paid and to be paid and performed by Tenant, the Landlord does ~ hereby let and lease unto Tenant the following described premises, situated in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, and Being a storeroom which is to be a part of the St. Lucie Plaza. Shopping Center buildings to be cons~ructed by Landlord on the land situated at the northwest corner of the intersection of Rio Mar Drive and U. S. #1, Port St. Lucie, Florida. The location of said land, the dimensions and location of the Shopping Center buildings, parking areas and other improvements to be erected on said land are shown on the plot plan attached hereto, which plot plan is signed by the parties to this lease, is marked Exhibit "A" and is hereby made a part hereof. The specific location of said storeroom (hereafter sometimes referred to as the "premises") in said Shopping Center is to be at the place designated on Exhibit "A" as "Gray Drug". The premises shall contain 60 feet of width throughout, measured i from the center of its side walls, and 140 feet of depth through- i out, measured from the outside surface of its front and rear walls, ~ and shall have no basement. Together with easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging. ~ The land upon which the premises and said Shopping Center, buildings and parking areas and other improvements are to be built is more particularly ` described on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part of this lease as - ~ though fully rewritten herein. ~ . The words "Shopping Center" as used in this lease shall be taken to ~ mean and.be defined as the entire area outlined by an uneven ("waving") line ( on ExhLbit "A", including but not limited to, the buildings outlined thereon, i any future buildings or expans;on of any buildings, all the parking space, ; and all other improvements within said entire area. ~ ~ ~ Landlord represents that it owns or controls additional land ~ ~ adjoining and contiguous to the Shopping Center. ~v 'T" ;~~rm 2.
