the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Nettie A. Mills~ a widow
dated August 24 19 67 , and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 167 on page
2810 , securi~e~ the payment of the sum of Six Thousand Five Hunc~[ed and no/100------------

covering property in the County of St. Lueie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mo~tgage in
and to the premises described the~ein, ~nd doth hereby airect the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid Covnty to
cancel the same of record.
