For a valuable consideration, the undersigned Mortgagee hereby assigns to .

Harry F. Findon, Tr~stee , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., dated A~l 27~ 19~_, and filed for record i the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Florida, ~n OR Book , page=~~~, which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No. 36g , Section~_, in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
_ RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NFTTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office ~

together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, fiied in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
