the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No. 403 , Section~~ in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NF?TLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Fiorida, in Piat Book 16,
page l:lA through iJ.
together with a note secured thereby with ~nterest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the beclaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
