PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE 2~~'~~3
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: •
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIQNRL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: .
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continentai
Mortgage 'Investors, a Massachusetts Business 1`rust, securing ~
E5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Sook 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly desc.ribed; as amended by Modification of ~
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of a1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of Anerica has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage; -
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Forty-Two Thousand Six Hundred
Sixty and 00/100--------------~-------- - _DOLLARS
~ , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed t
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

' alter or diminish the effect, lien or enc~nbrance of the aforesaid
