WNEREAS, The State of Florida, through tne State of Florida Board of
Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, by Part Ueed No. 747
St. Lucie County, of ~y 22 , 1947 , conveyed unto

a certain parcel therein described and subject to the reservatlon for State ;
Road Right of Way as there~n defined (the last recorded owner of the title of ;
said property now beinq Winfred Lee Vannoy and Lorralne Vannoy, his wife

WHEREAS, The State of Florida Department of Transportation has advised
that the property hereinafter described is not necessary for highway purposes,
and has approved to the extent hereinafter set forth;
NOW THEREFORE, The State of Florida, throuqh the State of Florida Board
of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, in consideration of the
sum of Fifteen Dollars (515.00) and the foreqoing considerations has remised,
released, and quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release and
quitclaim unto the said Winfred Lee Vannoy and Lorraine Vannoy, his rrife
and their heirs and assiqns forever all rights, title,
interest, claim and demand arisinq out of the following reservation, to-wit:
RESERVING UNTO THE STATE OF FLORIDA easement for State P,oad Riqht of
Way Two Hundred (200) feet wide lvinq equally on each side of the
centerline of any State Road existinq on the date of this deed through
so much of any parcel herein described as is within ~ne Hundred (100)
feet of said centerline,
as contained in that certain Part Deed No. 747 as to so much of
~ said right of way described as follows:

~ Release all of said reservation insofar as same affects Lot 12, Block 31,
° Sunland Gardens Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8,
f page 32, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said land sltuate
~ lying and being in Tract 73, Garden City Farms, Section 5, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, florida.
