NINTH: The Mo~tgogo? hereby woives all rights of homesteod and exemption granted by the Cons~itution ond lows of
Florido. It is spetificaily agreed that time is of the essente in this contract ond ~hat no waive? by the Mortgagee of ony obligotien

TENTH: Upon any sale, transfer or converance of the p~operty herein described a~d covered by this mortgoge to any
person, iirm or to?poration, not prcviously opproved in writing by the holder of this mortgage, the Mortgagee or holder shall have
thc right to octelerate the moturity of this mortgoge os though it we~e due and poyable on the doy of such tronsfer ond to demond
poymenl in full of the said mortguge amount or any unpaid balorxe thereof, cnd fo exercise all the rights and remedies herein or
by law reserved to said Mortgagee fhe same as in any event of default hereunder, anything in the promissory note secured
herebr or herein to the controry nothwithstonding.
KEVENTH: If fo?ecbsure proceedings of onr second mortgoge or second trust deed or.any junior lien of any kind should
be instituted, the Mortgogee moy. at its option immediately or Mereofter declare this mortgoge and the indebtedness secured
hereby due and poyable. - .
TWBFTH: That in the event the premises hcreby mortgoged, or ony part thereof, shall be coodemned ond token fo~ publit
use unde~ the powe~ of eminent domoin, the Mortgogee shall have the right to demc~d thot oll domages o~rarded for the taking
of or damages to soid premises shall be paid to the Mortgogee, up to thc amount fhen unpaid on ihis mortgage and the obligution

THIRTEENTM: Thot installments, poyable under the terms hereof and the note secured hereby, not poid when due, shall be

he~eof, and for oppticotion to the purposes thereof insofar as the same shall be sufiiaent, Mortgagor sholl, in oddition to the
monthly payments of prindpel and inferest os siafed in the original note (and in the note or notes secured hereby) provided to be
rr?ade, poy a monthly sum ond amount equal to one-fwelfth (1/12) of the estimated anrwal taxes, assessments ond iowronte
premiums upon the real estote securit~r, os the omount thereof is determined from time to time br the Mortgagee.
FlFTEENTH: That the Mo~tgagor sholl furnish annually, at the requesf of the Mortgagee, finanaal statements in form and
ce?tified in o manner satisfadory to the Mortgogee.
SIXTEENTFi: This mortgage also secures cny and ap renewols ond extensions of the promissory note referred to herein and
secu~ed hereby, ond oll insfollments thereof, and olso ony other notes whicfi have been or may be given fo the Mortgogee by the
Mortgpgor, and ony o?her indebtedness of the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee which, however, shall not exceed at any one time
