VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA AT INDIAN RIVER, INC. (formerly known as HOLIOAY OUT
' IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.), a corporation organized and existing under
the laws of the State of Florida, the holder of the mortgage, and indebtedness
secured by same of each of the mortgages listed below, recorded in Official
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and more fully described as follows:
Mortgage executed by Robert R. Hendrickson and Dorothy M. Hendrickson, dated
August 22, 1973, recorded in ORB 219, page 323, under Clerk's file # 264614
(Lot #889). ~
For valuable considerations received from VENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, Atlanta,
Georgia, hereby on the lOth day of October, 1973, assigns and sets over the
aforementioned mortgages aad notes and debts described therein to VENTURE ACCEPTANCE
CORPORATION, with full recourse on assignor.
