under the laws of the State of Florida, the holder of the mortgage, and indebted-
ness secured by it, and recorded in the Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
~and more particularly described as follows:
Mortgage executed by Russell L. Herring and Marie E. Nerrin , dated May 5, 1972,
recorded in OR6 219, page 329, under Clerk's file ~ 264618 ~Lot 14); Mortgage
executed by Robert F. Messersmith and Jayne Messersmith, dated March 26, 1972,
recorded in ORB 219, page 326, under C~ s file # 264616 (Lot 91).
For valuable considerations received from VENT~RE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, Atlanta, Georgia,
hereby on the lOth day of October, 1973, assigns and sets over the aforementioned
mortgages, notes, and debts described therein to VENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, with
full recourse on assignor,
