herein "Nortgagor," whether singular or plural, in consideration of conveyance
of real property hereinafter described by VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA AT INDIAN
RIVER, INC. (formerly known as HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.), herein
"Mortgagee," and to secure payment of the balance of the purchase price by Mort-
gagor obllgated to be paid, as evidenced by promissory note fulty identified
