herein "tbrtgagor," whether singular or plural, in consideration of conveyance
of real property hereinafter descrlbed by YENTURE OUT IN AMERICA AT INDIAN
RIVER, INC. (fornierly known as HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LtlCIE, INC.), herein
"Mortgagee," and to secure payment of the balance of the purchase price by Mort-
gagor obligated to be paid, as evidenced by promissory note fully identified

Mortgagee to the Mortgagor, conveys and mortgages to the said Mortgagee its
