between Ann A. Davis, as Ancillary Administratrix, C.T.A. of
the Estate of Ethel Rose, deceased, first party; and Alfred
Sass and Alwine Magee, as joint tenants with rights of
survivorship and not as tenants in commo , whose mailing

second party;
WHEREAS, Eithel Rose, died seized and possessed of the
following described property, lying, being and situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida: ~
,0 Lot 9, Block 29, of RIVERPARK, UNIT 3, according
to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 80,
,~C~ S~' of the public records of St. Lucie County. Florida;
la Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements and
rights of way of record;
WHEREAS, Ann A. Davis, o£ Fort Pierce, Florida, has been
appointed the duly qualified ancillary administratrix, c.t.a.
of the estate of Ethel Rose, deceased; and

:`,'v{ ~ WHEREAS, Ann A. Davis did petition the Circuit 3udge's
;i`z;'O Court, Nineteenth Judicial Czrcuit, in and for St. Lucie
F,-~~r ~ County, Florida, that court having jurisdiction of the
ancillary estate of-Ethel Rose, for authority to sell the
~:-~_;'-t above described property to the second party and for an order
authorizing such sale; and

x..~ „ WHEREAS , the Circuit Judge did , on the ~J day of
~ujQ'~ ~ October, 1973, enter an order authorizing the sale of the

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
~ n~ sum of Ten Dollars ($10 .00) and other good and valuable con-
{il~ittllil~111! siderations, the receipt of which is acknowledged by the first
party, the first party, as ancillary administratrix of the
~ estate of Ethel Rose, deceased, does grant, bargain, sell and
~1 ~ convey unto the second party, their heirs, personal repre-
a sentatives and assigns, forever, the lands described and all
~ their appurtenances.
' TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the second party, their heirs,
r d ° personal representatives and assigns, every_right, title and
i interest of which Ann A. Davis as ancillary administratrix, c.t.a.
~ ~ is now seized and possessed and of which Ethel Rose, died
~ seized and possessed, as fully and completely as Ann A. Davis,
g as ancillary administratrix, c.t.a. as aforesaid, could ar
~ f~~~- should convey the property under and pursuant to the orders of
