Lots 1 and 7, Block "A" of the Revised Plat of Block A of
L. W, Halbe land as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9,
Page 28, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
EXCEPTING, however, that part of said Lot 1 described as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 2, of said Block A, run West
300 feet to the SW corner of said Lot 2; thence NWLY along the
West line of said Lot 2, 49.7 feet to the NW corner of said Lot
2; thence West 30 feet; thence South 280 feet; thence East 190
feet, more or less, to the NW corner of land marked "Not a part
of this Plat" on said Plat; thence NWLY to the SW corner of Tract
14 as shown on said plat; thence NWLY along the West line of said
Tract 14, 150 feet to the NW corner of said Tract 14; thence East
along the North line of said Tract 14 to the NE corner of said
Tract 14; thence NWLY along the West right of way of U.S. Highway
No. 1 to the. point of beginning.
EXCEPTZNG, also that part of Lot 7, more particularly described
as foll~ows :
Beginning at the SE corner of Tract 13, of said revised plat
of Block "A" of L. W. Halbe Land, run West 300 feet along the
South l~oundary of said Tract 13 for point of beginning: Thence
run West 220 feet along a projected Southern boundary of said
Tract 13 to a point; thence run NW 200 feet on a line parallel to
the West boundary of said Tract 13 to a point; thence run East
220 feet to the NW corner of said Tract 13; thence SELY along the
West boundary of said Tract 13 to point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH a perpetual easement for ingress and egress over and
across the following described property:
~ Begin at the SE corner of Tract 13, of said revised plat of
Block "A" of I,. W. Halbe Land, run thence West 300 feet to the
SW corner of said Tract 13; thence run West 220 feet along the
South line of the property above described to the SW corner of
the above parcel; thence run SELY parallel to the West boundary
of U.S. Highway No. 1, 49.7 feet to a point; thence run Easterly
; parallel to the South boundary of the above described property to
~ the NW corner of Lot 6 of said revised plat of Block "A" of L. W.
~ Halbe Land, thence run East 300 feet along the North boundary of
