RESTRICTIVE COVENANT (FORM)
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Hutchinson lsland Motels,
Inc. and Exchange National Bank of Winter Haven, the owner(s) and mortgagee(s)
of the following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
A parcel of land lying and being in the North ~ of the South ~ of Government
L.ot 4, Section 2,.Township 37 South, Range 41 East, more particularly
described as foilows;
E?egin at a point where the South line of the North % of the South ~ of Government
I_ot 4, Section 2, Township 37 South, Range 41 East intersects the Westerly
right-of-way of State Road A-1 A; thence run Northerly along the Westerly
right-of-~way of State Road A-1 A a distance of i50 feet to a point; thence
run Westerly on a line-parallel to the Southerly line of said North of the
South of Government Lot 4 a distance of 435 feet to a point; thence run
Southerly along a line paraliel to the Westerly right-of way line of State
Road A-1-A and 435 feet distance therefrom a distance of 150 feet to a

Lot 4; thence run Easterly along the South iine of said North % of the South
% of Government Lot 4 a distance of 435 feet to a point and place of beginning,
in Saint Lucie County, Florida.
for and in consideration of the issuance of building permits to said awner(s)
for the construction of buildings on said land in accordance with the site plan
approved by the Board of CountyCommissioners of St. Lucie County on
the 7th day of August, 1973, a copy of said site plan being on file in the Office
of the Euiiding & Zoning Department of said county, do hereby covenant and

1. Not to construct any dwelling units ar hotel or motel units on said
