premisea ~ereinafter described~ being part of said mortgaged prenises~ from
the lien and operation of said mortgage; -

Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations to it in hand paid by

and discharge fran the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said

fran the lien of sa3d martgage~ and every part thereof; provided always~
nevertheless that nothing herei.n contained shall in anyrrise ir~air~ alter
