TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the State of Florida and ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
a political subdivision of the State of Florida, Plaintiffs, take and
enter this appeal to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District of
Florida, West Palm Beach, Florida, to review the judgment of the
Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, bearing the date of the 14th day of September, Z973,
recorded on the 17th day of September, 1973, in Official Record Book
218, at page 1987, in the records of said Court, and rendered on the
17th day of Septemb~r, 1973, the date of the filing of the Order denying
Plaintiff's Motion for New Trial, and the Order denying Plaintiff's
Motion for New Trial filed on the 17th day of September, 1973, in
` Ofticial Record Book 218, at page 2139, in the records of said Court.

c The nature of the judgment appealed from is a Final Judgment in an

eminent domain proceeding and the order appealed from is an Order
denying Plaintiff's Motion for New Trial. All parties to said cause
