JOSEPH WARNER CANON, as Executor of the within Estate,
files this, his Petition for an Order authorizing the sale of
the following described real property, to-wit:
I.ot 17, Block 515, Section 10, PORT ST.
LUCI~, accordinq to the P lat thereof, as _
recorded in Plat Book 12, at Page 49 A-G;
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
to J. D. LOOKADOO, his nominee or assigns, upon the followinq
grounds:
! 1. That your petitioner is the sole heir at law of the

; decedent and sole beneficiary under her Last Will and Testament

~ and consents to said sale.
2. That a signed Deposit Receipt Agreement, conditioned
~ upon Court approval, has been received to purchase the afore-
described real property, and a true copy of said Deposit Receipt

~ Agreement is attached hereto setting forth the terms and condi- '
~ ~ tions of sale.
~ 3. That the cash price of ONE THOUSAND NIyE HWDRED AND
~ ~
~ NO/100 ($1,900.04) DOLLARS as sec forth in the foregoing Depo~it
