THIS INDENTURE, Made and entered into this 28th day of November ,

corporation, party of the first part and the State of Florida BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE INTERNAL IA~IPROVEI~IENT TRUST FUND, Tallahassee, Florida,
party of the second part,
WTTNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten ($10. 00) Dollars, and OVC to it in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold
and transferred, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and trans-
fer unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns in fee
