. ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY `~HESE PRESENTS:
That I, W. A. GREGORY, a resident of Winter Park, Orange
County, Florida, Party of the First Part, in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, re-

ceived from W. A. GREGORY, W. E. WINDERWEEDLE, and WILLIAM A.
WALKER II, as Trustees under Trust Agreement dated October 9, 1973
and known as the W. A. GREGORY 1973 TRUST, Parties of the Second
Part, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto the said Parties of Che Second Part, his one-half (1/2)
interest in and to a certain Mortgage Deed dated February 28, 1972,
made by Earnest R. Dunn as Mortgagor in favor of Walter A. Dun, Jr.
and W. A. Gregory, and recorded in Official Records Book 200, Page
1227, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the Zands
situate in said county and state as described in said mortgage,
and a one-half (1/2) interest in and to that certain Mortgage bear-
ing date of February 8, 1973, made by Earnest R. Dunn in favor of
Walter Dun and W. A. Gregory and recorded in Official Records

, Book 211, Page 975, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
upon the lands situate in said county and state as described in said
~ mortgage, together with the note described insaid mortgages and the
` monies due and to become due thereon, with interest from the 28th
I
day of February, 1973.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unro the said Parties of the

~ Second Part, their successors and assigns forever.

~ No party dealing with any of the above-named Parties of

~he Second Part shall be required to see the terms of the Trust Agree-

ment nor sha11 the same be placed of public record, and any person may
rely upon the delivery of a partial release from the lien of mortgage
= and/or a satisfaction of mortgage executed and delivered by any one

of the above-named Trustees, without requirement to investigage
_ further~as to the validity of the actions of the Trustees or any one

of them or to the app2ication of monies received in consideration
