ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;
That I, W. A. GREGORY, a resident of Winter Park, Orange
County, Florida, Party of the First Part, in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, re-
ceived from W. A. GREGORY, W. E. WINDERWEEDLE and WILLIAM A.
WALKER II, as Trustees under Trust Agreement dated October 9, 1973,
and known as the W. A. GREGORY 1973 TRUST, Parties of the Second
Part, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto the said Parties of the Second Part, his forty per cent
(409'0) interest in and to a certain Mortgage Deed dated February 28,
1972, made by Earnest R. Dunn, as Mortgagor, in favor of Gr"eg-Dun
Groves, Inc., and recorded in Official Records Book 200, Page 1224,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the parcels of
land situate in said co~nty and state as described in said Mortgage,
together with the note described in said mortgage and the monies due
and to become due thereon, with interest from the 28th day of
February, 1972.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Parties of
the Second Part, their successors and assigns forever.
No party dealing with any of the above-named Parties of
~~he Second Part shall be required to see the terms of the Trust
Agreement nor shall t~e same be placed of public record, and any
i person may rely upon the delivery of a partial release from the lien
' of mortgag,e and/or a satisfaction of mortgage executed and delivered

by any one of the above-named Trust~es, without requirement to

investigate further as to the validity of the actions of the Trustees
or any one of them or to the application of monies received in

consideration of such partial release or satisfaction.
