~ ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE .
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, W. A. GREGORY, a resident of Winter Park, 4range
County, F2orida, Party of the First Part, in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar ($1,00) and other valuable considerations, re-
ceived from W. 4. GREGORY, W. E. WINDERWEEDLE, and WILLIAM A.
WALKER II, as Trustees under Trust Agreement dated October 9, 1973,
and known as rhe W. A. GREGORY 1973 TRUST, Parties of the Second
Part, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto the said Parties of the Second Part, his one-half (1/2)
interest in and to a certain Mortgage Deed dated September 18, 1973,
made by Walter A. Dun, Jr. and Barbara A. Dun, his wife, as Mortga- ~
gors, in favor of W. A. Gregory and Manila A. Gregory, his wife, an3
recorded in Official Records Book 218, Page 2653, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the Iands situate in said county
and state as described in said mortgage, together with the note
' described in said mortgage and the monies due and to become due
thereon, with interest from the 18th day of September, 1973.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Parties of
the Second Part, their successors and assigns forever.
' No party dealing with any of the above-named Parties of
' the Second Part shall be required to see the terms of the Trust
Agreement nor shall the same be placed of public record, and any

t person may rely upon the delivery of a partial release from the lien

~ of mortgage and/or a satisfaction of mortgage executed and delivered

by any one of the above-named Trustees, without requirement to
; investigate further as to the validity of the actions of the Trustee
or any one of them or to the application of monies received in
i consideration of such partial release or satisfaction.
